Record a video speaking directly into the camera.

Pick a spot that’s private while you shoot this video, with a plain or tidy background and make sure there are no windows behind you. Do your best to eliminate all background noise.

Position yourself inside the frame of the camera. Be sure the camera is point straight on to your face, not under your face pointing up or above your face pointing down. And most important: make sure you record horizontally, not vertically.
