To nominate your qualified students for the next Congress of Future Medical Leaders, please complete the form below.
There is no obligation as a result of a nomination, either for the educator or the student, only an opportunity to expose students to worthwhile programs that they may not discover on their own.
Your students will be able to attend any of the next three scheduled Congresses to earn their Award of Excellence.
As an added educational benefit, they may attend two or all three Congresses, at no additional cost.
If you would like to nominate multiple students and would prefer to send us a spreadsheet export file, please include the students’ full names, graduation years, and full mailing addresses and email it to vip@futuredocs.com.
Our simple privacy policy: Your students’ information will never be shared with anyone.
Nomination packages will be mailed to the student’s home mailing. The Academy respects the privacy rights of all our students and educators. All contact information submitted is completely secure and will be used by the Academy solely as intended. We do not sell or give away the personal information of students to any third party
